Clam Chowder

4 or 5 Slices Bacon, Sliced Fine

1 Big Onion (dry)

1 Large Carrot

1 Large Stalk Celery

1 Large Potato

1 Small Piece Green Pepper

Little Parsley

 

  1. Grind all vegetables, cook clams a little and grind.
  2. Add all together, season salt and pepper, cook slowly, use as is or can add milk and thicken.

Can use tomato soup instead of milk.
