May's American Spaghetti [Sep 5]

 

Amish

 

6 Frankfurters, Sliced Thin

4 Potatoes, Peeled, Cooked & Diced

2 Tsp. Minced Onion

4 Tsp. Soft Butter

1 Tsp. Prepared Mustard

1 C. Cooked Peas

1 (10 ½ Oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup

Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

  1. Combine all but a quarter cup of frankfurters with the remaining ingredients in a 1 ½ Qt. casserole, toss well, then dot with remaining frankfurters “Pennies” cover and bake at 350° for 25 – 30 minutes.

Serves 4.
