1 # Chuck Beef, Ground
2 Tbsp. Fat
1 C. Diced Onions
1 C. Green Bell Peppers, Diced
3 ½ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Pepper
¾ C. Raw Rice, Washed
1 C. Diced Celery
- Brown meat in hot fat in Dutch oven or skillet.
- Add slightly.
- Add other ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender.
- About 30 minutes.
