Very Good
1 C. Fresh Corn or Canned Whole Corn
½ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Paprika
1 Egg, Well Beaten
½ C. Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
1 C. All Purpose Flour
1 ¼ Tsp. Baking Powder
- Mix all ingredients in order given, adding more flour if necessary, beat well and cook on hot greased griddle.
Makes 1 dozen griddle cakes.
