Orange Toast

two slices of toasted white bread

2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
Grated Rind of 1 Orange
½ C. Granulated Sugar
⅛ Tsp. Cinnamon
6 Slices Buttered Toast

First. Combine orange juice and rind with sugar and cinnamon.
Second. Spread on slices of buttered toast and place in hot oven. (400°) until delicately browned, about 2 – 3 minutes.
Third. Serve at once.
