Tutti – Frutti Ice Cream Pie

1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

½ Cup Chopped Walnuts

¼ Cup Sugar

¼ Cup Melted Butter

1 Jar (8 Ounces) Mixed Candied Fruit

1 Quart Eggnog Ice Cream

 

  1. Combine crumbs, walnuts, sugar and melted butter.
  2. Press mixture firmly to bottom and sides of 9- inch pie pan.
  3. Fold mixed candied fruits into slightly softened ice cream.
  4. Turn into pie shell.
  5. Freeze until firm.
  6. Garnish with candied red and green cherries.

Makes one pie.
