Turkey Hash

Corn beef hash including potatoes and carrot.


4 – 6 Servings


3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine

¾ C. Sliced Mushrooms

½ C. Finely Chopped Onions

2 C. Diced Cooked Turkey

2 C. Diced Cooked Potatoes

1 Tbsp. Snipped Parsley

1 ½ Tsp. Seasoned Salt

⅛ Tsp. Black Pepper

½ C. Undiluted Evaporated Milk


  1. Heat the butter or margarine in a saucepan.
  2. Add the mushrooms and onion and cook about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in turkey, potatoes, parsley, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring gently.
  5. Heat mixture thoroughly.

If desired, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
